Our organic Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been consumed for thousands of years. Not only does it have the same health benefits as tea — it's also rich in beneficial probiotics. Kombucha also contains antioxidants, can kill harmful bacteria and may help fight several diseases.

One glass of Kombucha has less than one eighth the grams of sugar than one whole apple. Kombucha is indisputably full of probiotics and other happy things that our intestines love and that help boost our overall health. Some kombucha cures things like arthritis, depression, and heart burn have less of a proven track record, but hey, our bodies are all different and I say go for it if it works for you.

Contains ONLY naturally occurring probiotics created during the fermentation process. NO “asleep” probiotics added (these probiotics claim to wake up once you consume them, however, studies have proven that these are not waking up for 24-48 hours after ingestion and by this time most have been expelled from your body.

Organically grown premium coffee beans are carefully selected for freshness then roasted and coarsely ground. We then combine the grounds with purified water, then let it steep for several hours at room temperature or in a cool room depending on the variety. Only the right time is important too long will bring out the bitterness out of the grind.

During this time, the coffee slowly infuses into the water, creating a delicious and glorious cold brew.

The freshly made cold brew is then put into a keg, which is then charged with nitrogen and dispensed and finally via nitro tap. This is what we mean by freshly made not made using concentrate and bottled months ago. A fresh, delicious and healthy coffee to Pease the soul.
